Whats not covered under warranty ?
  •  Problems with and/or damage to the Product caused by using accessories, parts, or components not made or authorized by Manufacturer.
  • Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not officially acting as an employee, representative or sub-contractor of aashirwadcomputers.in
  • Claims arising from any unacceptable use or care of the Product, including (without limitation) misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modification or repair, unauthorized commercial use or any operation of the Product outside recommended parameters.
  • Claims arising from external causes, including (without limitation), accidents, acts of God, liquid contact, fire or earthquake.
  • Products with a serial number or date stamp that has been altered obliterated or removed.
  • Cosmetic damage, minor cosmetic abnormalities (including minor pixel abnormalities) and normal wear and tear, including (without limitation), scratches, dents and chips.
My prebuilt pc from Aashirwad computers has a problem ? What to do ?

If its under warranty you can send us a mail with proof of purchase document attached i.e., the invoice to  support@aashirwadcomputers.in & if your request is approved the next step is to ship the PC to #1/1, Aashirwad Computers, 2nd Cross, S.P Road, Bangalore.

All shipping charges during the process is borne by the customer.
